Landlord fees are calculated based on the rental value and tenancy term, and vary depending on the level of service you require, from tenant introduction through to full property management. All fees shown include VAT at the prevailing rate.
All fees and charges shown below include VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%. Commission fees are calculated based on the total rental value for the tenancy term, using the following formula:
Total tenancy rent value (monthly rent × tenancy term) × commission percentage
For example, a property let at £1,000 per calendar month on a 12-month tenancy would result in a total rent of £12,000. A 10% commission, plus VAT, would equate to a £1,440 tenant introduction fee.

In addition to the core commission fees outlined above, certain services may incur additional charges depending on your property, tenancy structure and management requirements. These fees apply only where relevant and are charged on an as-needed basis.

Tenant introduction fees are collected at the start of the tenancy. Rent collection and full management fees are charged in line with rent, as outlined under each service level.
Our core fee structure remains the same. Additional services, such as Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) administration or extended management support, may apply where required and are detailed above.
