Embedding sustainability

As a new-generation residential agency, we’re embedding sustainability into everything we do: from the homes we lease, to the campaigns we run and the choices we make as a business. For us, sustainability is a mindset, backed by action, measurable progress and a responsibility to lead by example.

As a certified B Corporation, this approach is underpinned by independently verified standards across governance, accountability and long-term impact.

Environmental

We’re proud to have achieved 100% renewable energy in our central office. We also operate paper-free, with waste reduction and carbon-cutting initiatives across all our sites. We apply green procurement standards and work with sustainable supply chains. Through digital-first leasing and marketing via our RenterAI platform, we continue to reduce reliance on paper and physical assets. The company has clear Net Zero targets across all business operations. We also support urban re-wilding through our long-standing partnership with Trees for Cities.

We continue to benefit from a diverse workforce. This is backed up by an open, inclusive hiring policy. Staff are entitled to two, paid volunteer days each year. We are on track to raise £30,000 for St Mungo’s this year and continue our support of homelessness initiatives both locally and nationally. We’re an active member of the Women’s Night Safety Charter steering group and have 10+ years supporting local community projects and urban wellbeing. Resident data and feedback loops are embedded across all portfolios.

Governance

We operate with fairness, transparency and accountability across every part of the business. Our tendering processes for suppliers and service partners are structured and impartial, ensuring the right outcomes for both clients and communities. 63% of our team identify as women. We also maintained full salary payments throughout the pandemic, with zero furlough, reinforcing our long-term commitment to our people.

Our sustainability approach is supported by robust ESG reporting frameworks and measurable impact metrics, allowing us to track progress and continuously improve. As a Certified B Corporation, our performance is independently verified across governance, workforce, community and environmental impact. Sustainability and ethical decision-making are not side initiatives, they sit at the core of how our leadership team operates and how the business grows.

People

We have a strong commitment to equal opportunities, representation and progression. The London and national living wage is paid as standard and we support progression through internal training and up-skilling programmes. There is a culture of innovation, respect and collaborative leadership promoted here. We also do whatever we can to promote better mental wellness, including supportive policies for flexible work, family leave and mental health.

Compliance

There are comprehensive health and safety protocols across all sites. Risk management is embedded into all operations and mobilisation plans. Data protection and cybersecurity protocols are aligned with best practice guidelines within the industry and beyond. We undertake regular policy reviews and compliance training internally. Our residents are supported through proactive communications for wellbeing and support, with confidence that their homes are safe, secure and well-maintained.
